FAQ

Why a setup fee on top of monthly?
The setup fee covers the build — pipelines, automations, custom fields, integrations, branded portal, training. Two to four weeks of dedicated work depending on tier. The monthly retainer covers the system running, optimization, support, and platform infrastructure. Most contractors recover the setup fee in the first 30-60 days through recovered missed leads alone.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — you only pay the difference between setup fees plus the new monthly rate going forward. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Most clients start at Operations and upgrade to Control within 90 days once the system is running.
What's not included?
Communications usage (SMS, phone, AI conversations, email) is billed separately at cost+10% through a prepaid wallet — typically $97–$197/mo. This keeps the retainer predictable and lets you scale usage with your call volume. Paid ads spend, third-party software subscriptions, and outside dev work are also separate.
How long until the system is live?
Response: 7–10 days from kickoff. Operations: 14–21 days. Control: 21–30 days. Custom builds run 30–60 days depending on scope. Onboarding starts the day setup is paid.
Are there contracts?
Monthly retainers are month-to-month after a 90-day initial commitment to protect the system build. Annual plans lock pricing and save two months. Cancel anytime after the initial period — no penalty, full data export.
Do you only work with home services?
The packaged tiers are built and proven for home service trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, and similar dispatch-based operations. The Custom tier handles other industries case-by-case. If your operation runs on inbound leads, scheduling, dispatch, and follow-up, we can probably build for it.
